How much does an ecommerce website cost in NZ?
Our online shops are $550–$1,000 incl. GST, with a typical small shop around $700. If you'd rather take orders by email or phone, a product showcase site starts at $350. Why not just use Shopify?
Shopify is a good fit for big catalogues and busy stores. For a small range, you're paying a monthly plan, plus apps and transaction fees, for features you may never use — and the shop lives on their platform. We build a shop you own outright, sized for what you actually sell.
How do customers pay?
By card at checkout, with the money going straight to your own payment account. Each order lands in your inbox with everything you need to pack and send it.
Can I set up shipping and pickup?
Yes — flat-rate shipping, rates by region, free shipping over a set amount, local pickup, or a mix. Prices on the site are shown incl. GST, the way NZ shoppers expect.
Can I add products and update stock myself?
Yes — you can add products, change prices and mark items sold out without touching any code. If you'd rather not, a hosting plan covers hosting, security and backups, and changes are a quick email away.
What if I have hundreds of products?
Our online shop package is built for small ranges — up to a few dozen products. Hundreds of products, stock synced with a point-of-sale system, or wholesale accounts are a bigger job; get in touch and we'll give you a fixed quote.
